For Daum Louis Derbre transposed this attentive woman into pâte-de-cristal. This lean sculpture creates an atmosphere of benevolence and generosity: a mother for all humanity.

Each Daum crystal piece is made using the rare and ancient "Pâte de Verre" glassmaking technique, which dates back to 5,000 BC and involves melting many fragments of colored crystal within a mold. This results in intense colors and subtle shading. Handmade in France. Limited edition of 375.
