I was quite pleased with the Scully & Scully valet stand. It arrived carefully packed and in perfect condition. The mahogony stand is solidly made and surprisingly handsome. It is a useful addition to the bedroom.

Impressive1. The packing.The horizontal members of the valet were supported by rolled cardboard columns.The valet was covered with a thin soft foam sleeve.Which was encased in a foam board coffin.Which was enclosed in the manufacturers carton.Which was wrapped with bubble wrap.And placed in a cut to order Scully's brown cardboard box.The way it was packed I expected to find the Mona Lisa inside. 2. The product.Good wood with no dents or imperfections.Properly cut, sculpted, rounded, sanded, and glued.Stained with a penetrating stain and finished with a low-lustre varnish.It is well constructed, functional, and a pleasure to look at.Thank you.

I love this Valet Stand in every sense.

This valet is well made as well as gorgeous. The wood is lovely. My husband began using it immediately. The valet stand was very well packed so that nothing, save an elephant, could damage it.My only regret is that the packing materials cannot be returned for reuse. They were in perfect condition just as was the valet they protected.

I rarely write reviews. My Father was a master carpenter so I know a little about cabinet making. This product is a very good value for the $s, and is well-made. I am also someone who is antsy about furniture being shipped. This item was shipped double-boxed and cushioned in between the double-boxing. Inside the 2nd box, the stand was carefully wrapped and supported at key pressure points. Magnificent job packaging! I know that sounds odd to say, but it truly impressed me. All the boxes were "ticked," what more can one say.

This is exactly what I was looking for. The wood is absolutely beautiful. The design is very well thought out, providing places for every piece of clothing and pocket items. The quality is top-notch. I recommend this product without reservation.

I wanted to replace an inexpensive valet stand that would lean to the left or right because the "do it yourself "screws loosened. While paging through the Scully catalog, I saw the Oxford Valet Stand. I am familiar with the Scully reputation and the excellent quality of Scully products. While it is priced higher than the competition, when I received it, I understood why. This valet stand is made solid and will last a lifetime. The finish on the wood is excellent. Plus, it was shipped fast and very well packed. It came assembled, which is what I wanted. Bottom line, the price of this stand is very reasonable considering the design, construction, and exceptional quality workmanship. Plus, Customer Service was polite and extremely helpful. If I am giving grades, the Oxford Valet stand receives an "A+." You will be very satisfied with this Valet Stand.
